Purpose of personal information collection:
To access and use services at SOLA's Website, Customers do not have to register for account information.
However, when the customer clicks the contact button, you may have to fill in the contact information so that SOLA can contact the customer again for service advice.
The information to be filled in includes: Customer information (personal name, company name), email, phone number, content of demand and other information provided by the customer (or) SOLA questions to be able to support customer needs as quickly as possible. SOLA will collect this information for the purpose of contacting customers to introduce, support and advise in detail about the service and propose cooperation and promote the service (if possible).
We may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages the customer views, the number of links (links) the customer clicks and other information related to the connection to the Web, the APP. We also collect information that the Web Browser Customer uses when accessing the Web, APP, including: IP address, Browser type, language used, time and addresses that Browser access to.

SOLA uses information within SOLA departments and individuals and fully complies with the law.

The Member's personal data will be stored until a cancellation request is made from the customer. Remaining in all cases, member's personal information will be kept confidential on SOLA server.

Currently, the website has not implemented a member's personal information management page, so the access and correction of personal data is based on the customer's request by the following methods:

Commitment to protecting customer personal information:
Members' personal information on the Website, SOLA is committed to absolute confidentiality in accordance with SOLA's personal information protection policy and in accordance with the law. The collection and use of information of each member is only done with the consent of that customer, unless otherwise provided for by law.
Do not use, do not transfer, provide or disclose to any 3rd party members' personal information without the consent of the member.
In the event that the information server is attacked by a hacker leading to the loss of member's personal data, SOLA will be responsible for notifying the incident to the investigating authorities to promptly handle and notify the member to know.
Absolutely secure all online transaction information of Members including invoice information, accounting and digital documents at SOLA's level 1 secure data center.
SOLA Management Board requires individuals, when registering/buying as a member, to provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, ID card number, phone number, account number, payment card number ...., and is responsible for the legality of the above information. SOLA management is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the interests of that Member if it considers all the personal information of that member provided during the initial registration to be incorrect.
