Shipping Policy

1. Product delivery methods
 
1.1 When Buyer orders Products through Web SOLA, the order will be processed within 24 hours (twenty-four hours) and feedback to Buyer regarding payment, price and delivery of Products;
 
1.2 Method of delivery/receipt of Products: Performed by SOLA employees or a third-party shipping unit or Buyers receive goods directly at the store.
 
 
 
2. Estimated delivery time:
 
2.1 Within 07 (seven) days from the date of closing the order or as agreed with the Buyer when placing the order;
 
2.2 However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only in the event of Force Majeure, or the following cases:
 
SOLA shipper failed to contact Buyer to deliver Products;
The delivery address for the Product provided by the Buyer is incorrect or difficult to find;
Suppliers deliver Products to SOLA later than expected, or SOLA orders spike, resulting in slow processing of orders.
Note:
 
In the event of a delay in the delivery of the Products, SOLA will promptly notify Buyer and provide an opportunity for Buyer to cancel the order if desired;
A force majeure event is an event that occurs objectively, which cannot be foreseen and cannot be remedied even though all necessary and permissible measures have been applied. Force majeure events include but are not limited to: Decision of the Government or competent authority, war, riot, rebellion, epidemic, natural disaster, fire, road flooding or any other event have similar properties.
 
 
3. Product Delivery Fee
 
3.1 Delivery fee within Ho Chi Minh City area will be based on distance, delivery route and will be agreed in advance with Buyer.
 
3.2 Other orders: Depending on the order, product, distance and delivery route, the delivery fee will have different delivery charges.
 
 
 
4. Defining the responsibility of the carrier.
 
4.1. Rights and obligations of the carrier:

iii. Bear the costs associated with the carriage of the property, unless otherwise agreed.
 
iv. Buy civil liability insurance in accordance with the law.
 
v. Compensation for damage to the transport hirer in case the carrier loses or damages the property, unless otherwise agreed upon or otherwise provided for by law.

iv. Refuse to transport assets that are prohibited from being traded, assets of a dangerous or toxic nature, if the carrier.
 
 
 
4.2. Rights and obligations of the shipping hirer:

i. Fully pay the freight for the carrier according to the agreed time and method.
 
ii. Provide the necessary information related to the transported property to ensure the safety of the transported property.
 
iii. The shipping hirer must compensate the carrier and the third party for damage caused by dangerous and toxic properties without packing and safety measures during transportation. .
 
Rights of the shipping hirer
i. Request the carrier to transport the property to the agreed place and time.
 
ii. Directly or appoint a third person to receive the rented property back.
