Return Policy

In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve service quality before, during, and after-sales. In the process of providing services, at the stage of consulting, surveying (if any), and proposing services, SOLA is responsible for advising and explaining to customers in detail about product information, and services provided to ensure agreement before the two parties sign the Purchase Order/ Contract. In case there are questions related to quality, methods, or other factors related to products and services, customers can ask SOLA to explain and advise more carefully. After both come to an agreement, the Customer agrees to sign the Purchase Order/ Contract and make the payment according to the agreement stated in the Purchase Order/ Contract.

      In case, Customer wants to exchange a new product, the Customer must fully meet the following conditions:

– The product does not conform to the specifications, wrong information about the product, color, type, and product code as ordered by the customer (error made by SOLA not in accordance with the agreement of the Purchase Order/Contract).

– The product is missing components, and accessories are attached as announced by the manufacturer.


         Regulations on return and exchange

 

– The validity period for exchange and return is 07 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.

– Customers still keep the confirmation, delivery of goods, purchase invoices, bank statements, or company receipts to confirm that customers have purchased products at our company.

– The product must be in its original condition, with no markings erased or repaired.


      The case of not accepting returns


– The customer wants to change the type and model but does not notify in advance (before SOLA places an order with the Supplier)

– Product damage caused by customers Using or operating in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

– Customers do not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the warranty

– Customers do not use the product according to the requirements, do not read the manual before use

– The device is dropped or has a strong impact, flood, fire, or natural disaster….
